Personal reception of citizens

There are no irrelevant questions for the Ombudsman. Our focus is on a wide range of topics that require urgent intervention and response. To increase the possibility of appeal to our Apparatus, we regularly hold receptions of citizens, and today there was one of them.

Six citizens requested assistance. The petitioners' questions related to the failure to provide medical assistance to the applicant’s mother, employment of a foreign citizen, housing and communal services and housing.
