Today, within the framework of the meeting of the Project Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Tatarstan summed up the results of the first half of the year and considered the issues of the executive discipline of the responsible officers on consideration of communications and notifications of citizens, coming through the GIS RT «People’s Control»«Unified portal of state and municipal services (functions)» «We solve together», «Incident-management».

More than 50 thousand appeals were submitted by Tatarstans to the «People’s Control» system for six months - traditionally the leading direction "Complex landscaping" - 120,085 messages, "Maintenance and repair of roads" - 6280.

The largest number of notifications in the six months we received from residents:

t. Kazan - 24 146;

g. Naberezhnye Chelny - 5,544;

Almetyevsk municipal district - 2085.

 

The activity of the population is also noted in social networks. In total, more than 37 thousand incidents were recorded in the first half of the year.

Yes, a lot is solved, but sometimes there are violations by the perpetrators. Thus, today the meeting noted the need to improve control over the quality and timeliness of execution of notifications by the Executive Committees of Bugulma, Vysogorsky, Zain, Pestrechynsky districts and moderators of categories - ministries and departments.

During the meeting, I recalled the holding in 2023 of a competition aimed at attracting the inhabitants of the Republic of Tatarstan to identify errors in the names and inscriptions on signs, information panels, topographic symbols, road signs and sold-out houses in the Tatar language, as well as the popularization of the use of elements of the national culture of the peoples living in the Republic of Tatarstan, when designing the products (goods) produced in the republicas well as when designing the appearance of buildings of institutions of all forms of ownership located in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
