Based on the results of the review of the application, a recalculation of the child support payments in the foster family was made
The Commissioner received an appeal from a resident of Kazan, citizen K. - on disagreement with the decision of the tutorship and guardianship agency to recalculate the monthly child support payment only from September 2022.
During the consideration of the appeal, attention was drawn to the fact that, in accordance with article 8, paragraph 1, of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 08.12.2004, 63-ZRT «On targeted social support of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan» the monthly monetary payment is different for childrenOrphans and children without parental care, pre-school and school age.
After the applicant applied to the guardianship and custody authority, the authorized body recalculated the amount of the payment only from September 2022, despite the fact that the child in the foster family, have reached school age and have attended the educational organization since September 2020.
The Commissioner sent a letter to the Administration of the Soviet District of the Executive Committee of t. Kazan with a statement of position on the subject of the appeal for decision.
As a result of the consideration of the appeal, our position was heard, the amount of the monthly child support payment will be recalculated from September 2020, payments to the applicant will be received in the current month.
