They discussed issues related to the order and quality of consideration of citizens' messages, coming through GIS RT «People’s control» and FGIS «Single portal of state and municipal services (functions)».

In the first five months of 2023 alone, we received 46,674 communications from citizens, 34,326 of which have already been acted upon.
It was noted at the meeting that the quality of consideration of citizens' communications is one of the key indicators of the effectiveness of state authorities, as residents of our republic evaluate the work of state bodies, including the quality of consideration of their appeals.
