Lesson of the School of Legal Knowledge for Conscripts
In the auditorium of the Military Commissariat of the Republic of Tatarstan the next lesson of the School of Legal Knowledge for conscripts took place.
In her speech, Head of the Office of the Commissioner Elena Stepanova discussed the observance of the rights of conscripts, where they can turn in case of questions related to the service and (or) violations of their rights, as well as innovations in the legislation of the Russian Federation with regard to conscription. Special attention was paid to the health rights of conscripts.
Every call-up for military service by the Human Rights Commissioner of the Republic of Tatarstan, public aides, as well as employees of the Office of the Commissioner accompany Tatarstan conscripts, including in the echelon, to the duty stations and visit the military units to check the conditions in which the conscripts are serving.
Head of the Department (preparation and conscription of citizens for military service) of the Military Commissariat of the Republic of Tatarstan I.G. Karimov told about the features of service, about how the service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation goes today, as well as the prevention of non-regulatory relations in military units.
The participants of the training took an active part in the event. From the hall there were many questions on the identified topics. All questions raised by conscripts were answered.
