The All-Russian Coordinating Council of Human Rights Commissioners, devoted to the protection and observance of social rights of citizens, has begun its work in the Leningrad region.
Together with the Human Rights Commissioner of the Russian Federation, Tatyana Moskalkova, and colleagues from the regions of Russia, we visit a multi center for social and labour integration in Vsevolozsk, which helps people with disabilities to adapt and enter society.
Now similar centers are opened throughout the country: in Moscow, Moscow, Yakutia. Through such institutions, people with disabilities are given a chance to adapt and join society as equals.

The Ombudsman also recalled that the Multicenter has another important line of work - support for participants of the special military operation. The institution has concluded an agreement with the Defender of the Fatherland Foundation to help the servicemen recover.
