Workshop on citizen’s communications
In order to fully consider the appeals received by me and find a solution to the problem of applicants, we use various ways of interaction with the relevant departments.
So today with the participation of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Volga District of Kazan, the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Committee of Housing and Communal Services of the Executive Committee of Municipal Formation of Kazan, LLC. «Uyutsube Group», a branch of JSC «Tatenergo» - Kazan Heating Networks held a workshop on collective reporting of unsatisfactory living conditions in residential premises due to low air temperatures. During the working meeting, the complainants raised serious problems with the operation of the apartment building.
At the end of the meeting the decision was made to organize «Comfort Group» LLC to conduct construction and technical expertise of the apartment building to determine the causes of the failure of the heat supply system and further eliminate them. The issues raised at today’s meeting remain under the Commissioner’s control.
