A visit to the correctional center, functioning at «Novorostroy+» LLC

A correctional centre is a special facility established at the request of the penal enforcement authorities by local authorities to ensure the enforcement of custodial sentences.

At present, the Russian Federation is humanizing the penal-correctional system and factories are setting up units in correctional centres to house prisoners serving sentences of forced labour.

Today we visited the site functioning at LLC «Novgorod+», got acquainted with the conditions created for convicts. In general, I want to say that the building is very warm, there are all the necessary conditions for living. There are no comments from our side.
