Visit to PAO "Kazanorgsintez" by social assistance of the Commissioner
During our busy day with social assistants we visited a special enterprise of our city - PAO "Kazanorgsintez".
Why them? In October 2022 we visited PJSC «Kazanorgsintez» and remained under the impression! Kazanorgsintez is the only domestic producer of saviles, polycarbonates and bisphenols A, one of the largest polyethylene synthesis enterprises. Production of the enterprise is supplied to 1000 enterprises of 36 countries of the world.The enterprise has carried out a large-scale program to improve the working conditions of employees of PJSC «Kazanorgsintez», investments in which exceed 1 billion rubles: from renovation of clothing and watch buses to modernization of the food and medical care system of employees. In 2022, the average salary of workers increased by 30%, and discharges to the Volga decreased by 1 million cubic meters.
In 20 years, the volume of production has increased by 60%, and the mass of waste generated has almost halved. The investment of SIBUR in a large-scale program to improve the working conditions of employees of enterprises amounts to about 5.5 billion rubles. Today the average age of employees of «Kazanorgsintez» is 39 years. Since January the enterprise has switched to the unified system of remuneration. In 2022, the average salary of workers increased by 30% - from 72 thousand to 94 thousand rubles.
