Joint reception of citizens
Currently, the system of pre-trial investigation bodies consists of the investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the Federal Security Service and the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Today, the Investigation Department of the Police of the Russian Federation in cooperation with Valery Lipsky held a reception of citizens. In total, 13 citizens applied. All citizens made repeated appeals both to the Commissioner and to the investigation department. The questions related mainly to the investigation of criminal cases, in particular to the refusal to institute criminal proceedings.
