Parliamentary presidium session
The forty-third meeting of the State Council of the sixth convocation will be held on 20 April. Such a decision was made today at a meeting of the Presidium of Parliament.
Deputies plan to consider 22 issues, including 7 drafts of republican laws, 9 federal bills and the appeal of the Murmansk Regional Duma to the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Misostin on the amendment of the Rules for the provision of communal services to owners and users of premises in apartment buildings and residential buildings.
The main agenda item of the forthcoming meeting will be the Report on the results of the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2022, submitted to the Parliament by Rustam Minnikhanov. The document was submitted to the State Council on April 7 and was discussed in all committees of the State Council in the relevant areas. The Prime Minister of the Republic, Alexey Pesoshin, will act as Rapporteur on this issue.
As the Secretary of the State Council Lilia Mavrina noted, the forty-third session of the first reading will also consider draft laws amending the republican law on executive bodies of state power (establishes the legal basis for the organization and activities of the executive authorities, developed with a view to bringing national law into line with the Constitution) and also the laws on civil service, the status of a deputy of the State Council, on government positions, on roads and road activities, on certain issues of organization of regular transportation of passengers and luggage by road and urban land electric transport.
Draft laws on amendments to the national laws on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, on the use of forests and the Environmental Code of the Republic of Tatarstan have been prepared for consideration at the second reading.
At the meeting the deputies will also consider the report «On the state and development of civil society institutions in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2022», which will be delivered by the Chairman of the Public Chamber of the Republic Zilya Valeyeva.
The State Council continues to hear the reports of the relevant committees on the legislative work done and issues considered in the framework of parliamentary control during the convocation. A report on the work of the Committee on Economy, Investment and Enterprise will be presented at the forty-third meeting. The Chairman of the Committee, Lutfulla Shafigullin, will report on this issue.
