Face-to-face reception of citizens
We are maximal public and open to people as possible for we are human rights defenders. People come to me and my staff for appointments, as a rule, with trouble, with problems, tired of walking around offices. That's why I hold weekly receptions for citizens.
Today 8 people came to us for help in solving difficult life situations. The topics are completely different: mobilization, conflict with representatives of the organization and construction of a new housing estate, disturbing the peace of the residents. The quicker we respond, the faster the citizens' problem will be resolved.
