"Are you cold, maiden? - Cold!" – We are giving the heating back to the school.
Every educational institution should create comfortable conditions for the educational process. In order to prevent violations of children's rights, we conduct regular monitoring both by conducting inspections in educational institutions and by daily moderation of incoming notifications of citizens to the SIS RT «Public control» in the appropriate categories.
So during the monitoring of citizens' notifications we found a notification on the violation of temperature regime in one of the schools in Nizhnekamsk municipal district, as a result of which children are forced to study at a temperature below 15 °С, which is a violation of sanitary norms. In order to protect the rights of our children I sent a letter to the head of the Executive Committee of Nizhnekamsk district to take immediate measures to bring the temperature in the school building in line with the norms.
Based on the results of a working meeting initiated by me with the participation of the heat supply company, responsible specialists of the contracting organization, as well as the administration of the Nizhnekamsk municipal district of the RT, measures to bring the temperature regime in the premises to normal were developed. According to the information of the Executive Committee, as of today the average temperature in the school is 20-22°С. This problem remains under the control of the Ombudsman.
