05.10.2018 an employee of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights conducted offsite inspection of industrial group "Zarnitsa" on the issue of violations of labor rights of the worker in part-payment of wages, and other amounts due and improper execution of the procedure of termination of the employment relationships.
As a result of the inspection, the salary and other amounts due to the applicant were paid, the issue of employee's resignation was resolved positively.
Again, we would like to note that in accordance with article 136 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation wages are paid at least every half a month. The specific date of payment of wages is established by the rules of internal labor regulations, collective agreement or employment agreement no later than 15 calendar days from the date of the end of the period for which it is accrued.
In accordance with article 84.1 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation termination of the employment agreement is made by order of the employer. An employee should be acquainted with the order of the employer to terminate labor contract against signature. The day of termination of the labor contract in all cases is the last day of work of the employee
