Seminar meeting concerning explanation of the labor legislation with discussion of law-enforcement practice

On July 13, 2013, a seminar on the clarification of labor legislation with discussion of law enforcement practices, organized by the Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, Sariya Saburskaya was held in the executive committee of the Chistopol municipal district.

The seminar became a training ground for managers of enterprises and organizations, personnel and accounting staff, specialists in labor protection services, representatives of local self-government bodies, chairmen of trade union organizations, etc.

Within the framework of the seminar of the meeting, the has noted the topic of observance and protection of human rights in the sphere of labor relations is given special attention. The number of complaints in the sphere of labor relations, is growing every year.

The most common violations in the sphere of labor relations that we face in our activities are violations related to non-payment of full wages or illegal retention of money from wages.
