Meeting devoted to a citizen petition about market`s functioning and site improvements near multiple family dwelling

On August 28, 2017 meeting devoted to a citizen petition about market`s functioning and site improvements near multiple family dwelling (Fuchika, 72) was held in the Office of the Commissioner for Human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan.

After meeting following decisions were made:

1) State Traffic Safety Inspectorate Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Tatarstan should post road signs “footpath” and “standing and parking prohibited” or “paid parking” between dwellings №72 and №64 on Fuchika Street in Kazan.

2) Executive committee of municipal entity in Kazan:

- should post a road sign “living area” on the crossover between dwellings №72 and №64 on Fuchika Street in Kazan.

- should intensify cooperation with responsible authorities on unconditional fulfilment of previous decision concerning closing pop-up markets.

- should carry out regular and complex raids on pop-up market located near multiple family dwelling, Fuchika, 72 with local district police chief to keep area in correct form.

- should make site improvements near multiple family dwelling, Fuchika, 72, especially installation of fences to protect from arrival of different means of transport.

3) Administration of OAO “Moscow market” should make arrangements for deratization and cleaning of grounds market`s area near multiple family dwelling, Fuchika, 72 in Kazan.

4) Municipal Public Institution “Committee of consumer's market in Kazan” should stop connection with enterprisers who violate standard requirements towards organization of outlets and sanitation-and-epidemiological norms.

5) Public prosecution office should heighten supervision over the execution of legislation concerning site improvements and street retail issues and take appropriate measures.

The Commissioner for Human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya gets this problem under control.
