The Korston Hotel held a gala event dedicated to Local Self-Government Day

Today, The Korston Hotel held a gala event dedicated to Local Self-Government Day.

The municipal community of the Republic of Tatarstan is a cohesive system uniting administrators, employees, and public activists. It includes more than 7,500 deputies of representative bodies, over 6,300 municipal employees, 914 heads of municipalities, and 522 activists of territorial public self-government. Social workers and housing and utilities workers also play a significant role, ensuring that key issues affecting the lives of the population are addressed locally.

I congratulate all local government employees on their professional holiday! Local government is the level of government closest to the people. It is here that citizens first turn with their questions, and here decisions are made that directly impact the quality of everyday life and foster public trust in government institutions as a whole.

I'd like to especially highlight the extensive and truly significant work being carried out in the republic's districts to support military personnel and their families. Humanitarian aid shipments are regularly assembled and dispatched, and comprehensive assistance is provided, which is truly important for our troops serving in the special military operation zone.

Thank you for your work, responsibility, and caring attitude!
