I held a personal reception for citizens at the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today, I held a personal reception for citizens at the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Citizens' questions concerned fraudulent activity, receiving a subsidy for a deceased spouse, and also for a son who is in the military.

During the reception, I provided the necessary clarifications and consultations on all inquiries. Some issues were resolved on the spot, while others were taken into consideration for further investigation and assistance to the applicants.

Responding to citizens' inquiries remains a key focus of our work. Personal receptions are held regularly to ensure everyone receives the necessary assistance and support.
