Today, we held a Legal Aid Day for military personnel undergoing treatment and rehabilitation at the Military Hospital of the Russian Ministry of Defense. These events allow us to answer service members' questions on-site and assist them in resolving them.
Eleven inquiries were received during the reception. The questions concerned medical surgeries, document restoration, insurance payments and pay, disability registration, awards, medical care, leave, and assistance in arranging meetings with loved ones. Each inquiry was processed, and all questions were answered as required.
I would also like to note that the service members themselves spoke very warmly of the conditions at the hospital. No complaints were received regarding the organization of medical care. On the contrary, they expressed gratitude to the doctors and medical staff for their attention, professionalism, and care.
It is especially touching that service members from other regions noted the warm welcome and expressed gratitude to the Republic of Tatarstan for the conditions and support provided! It is very important that every service member feels that they are not left alone with their questions and can always count on our help.
