Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week
To improve the quality of notification processing in the SIS RT "Public Control," the Commissioner's Office monitors the notifications received daily.
Over the past week, 5,965 notifications were published in the SIS RT "Public Control," and actions were taken on 2,630 of them.
As usual, I would like to share examples of how issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" were promptly resolved:
- The Outdoor Advertising and Information Department of the Kazan City Executive Committee issued a notification regarding mechanical damage to the roof of the bus shelter at the "Freedom Square" public transport stop in Kazan (No. 7395922);
- A resident of Zelenodolsk reported a hazardous tree on the side of the road on Oktyabrskaya Street, part of whose trunk has already fallen onto the traffic lane. This obstacle significantly limited visibility and created a risk of a traffic accident. The Zelenodolsk District Executive Committee complied with the notification within two days (No. 7461232);
- A resident of building No. 67 on Sadrieva Street in Leninogorsk reported that the snow guard on the roof of the building between entrances No. 3 and No. 4 was suspended. The Leninogorsk District Executive Committee resolved the notification within three days. The author thanked the people who complied with the notification for their work (No. 7457610);
- Makhalla Management Company LLC installed an information board in entrance No. 14/04B in Naberezhnye Chelny within five days. The applicant previously reported that notices were posted on freshly painted stairwell walls, making it difficult to read the information. (No. 7384804).
Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan most actively submitted notices to the SIS RT "Public Control" in the following categories:
- "Winter Maintenance of Street and Road Network Facilities" - 1,799;
- "Comprehensive Landscaping" - 1,304;
- "Maintenance and Repair of Municipal Roads" - 792;
- "House Maintenance" - 331;
- "Outdoor Lighting Organization" - 273.
