A meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on energy resource efficiency was held in Kazan
Today, a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on energy and resource efficiency was held at the Kazan Expo IEC. The meeting was chaired by Tatarstan Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin.
The main topic of discussion was the implementation of the state program "Energy and Resource Efficiency in the Republic of Tatarstan" in 2025 and the objectives for 2026. The event was held as part of the Kazan International Electric Power Forum "Energoprom."
Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Industry and Trade Oleg Korobchenko delivered the keynote address. The meeting addressed issues related to energy infrastructure development, equipment modernization, improving the reliability of the power grid, and reducing losses in electrical grids.
The meeting also noted the importance of cooperation between the federal government and the regions in promoting energy conservation and improving energy efficiency.
At the end of the competition, the winners of the best achievements in energy conservation and energy efficiency improvement for 2025 were awarded.
