In Tatarstan, active work continues to develop digital dialogue between the government and citizens. Today, we held a working meeting with colleagues from the Ministry of Digital Development, the Dialogue Regions non-profit organization, the Information and Analysis Department of the Tatarstan Regional Administration, and the Tatarstan Regional Administration's Office for Handling Citizen Appeals.

The main topic was the effectiveness of the Feedback Platform.

Tatarstan traditionally sets a high bar for digitalization. Our shared goal is to ensure that every resident feels heard and that their problems are resolved promptly.
