Meeting of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Azerbaijan with representatives of the “Merkhamet-Miloserdiye” association of women deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today, together with Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Azerbaijan Sabina Aliyeva, we met with representatives of “Merkhamet-Miloserdie” Association of Women Deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. At the meeting held today in the parliament of the republic, the issues of human rights and freedoms, protection of family, motherhood and childhood, further joint cooperation were discussed.
Alsu Nabieva, head of the association, spoke about our cooperation in the protection of human rights, especially the telephone hotlines we conduct.
“I am very happy to visit Tatarstan, which is very close to us in spirit. I thank my colleagues, deputies for the opportunity to familiarize with the activity of the Parliament, its history and modernity,” Sabina Aliyeva said. - We should develop relations with our republics in all directions within the framework of Russian-Azerbaijani cooperation”.
