The traditional joint reception with the Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today at the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan. Today we had our first such reception with the Prosecutor of Tatarstan Albert Suyargulov.
10 people appealed on the problems of the emergency condition of village streets of Kazan, fraudulent actions on the part of individuals, non-fulfillment of contractual obligations for the construction of residential housing, appealing court decisions, land law requirements, intentional bankruptcy, etc.
📍 Thus, the applicant told about the actions of a physical person from whom her daughter took a certain amount of money. After a year of payments by the petitioner's daughter, the individual who had given the loan stopped making contact and the petitioners received a summons.
📍 The problem of roadway improvement in the villages of Kazan does not disappear. Citizen V. addressed us on the issue of dustiness and condition of roads.
All the issues were taken into consideration by both the Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan. Certain checks will be carried out and all appeals will be answered.
