The appeal was resolved positively

The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from citizen Sh. in the interests of his son, who lives in Rybno-Slobodsky district, about disagreement with the accrued fee for the utility service for solid waste management.

It followed from the content of the appeal that the applicant's son is the owner of an unfinished house in Rybno-Slobodsky district, in which no one lives and economic activity is not carried out. Despite these facts from the side of the regional operator for municipal solid waste handling LLC “MC ‘PZhKH’ charged for the provision of services for municipal solid waste handling.

In the course of consideration of the appeal we analyzed the data of the public cadastral map of Rosreestr, which confirmed the fact that there were no registered buildings at the address indicated in the appeal, which confirmed the illegality of charging for municipal solid waste handling to the applicant's son. We sent the information received to the regional operator.

After the intervention of the Commissioner, LLC MC “PZHKH” recalculated the payment for municipal solid waste and removed the charges in the amount of more than 10 thousand rubles.
