Work in SIS RT “Public Control” for the past week

The work in SIS “Public Control” does not stop even for a minute‼
In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the Public Information System “People's Control”, employees of the Office of the Commissioner monitor the notifications received in the system on a daily basis.

Over the past week, 4,475 notifications were published in the system, of which 1,933 were acted upon.

The most active were residents of mainly urban districts, such as Kazan (2,806) and Naberezhnye Chelny (516), followed by Almetyevsk (172), Nizhnekamsk (161), Zelenodolsk (128), Bugulma (126), Leninogorsk (58), Laishevsk (54) municipal districts of the Republic.

Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the RT SIS “Public Control” by responsible executors in municipalities:

✅ The Executive Committee of the Bugulma Municipal District cleared a stop pavilion from snow (No. 6159441);

✅ The Almetyevsk-Vodokanal JSC of Almetyevsk Municipal District closed a sewage manhole with a cover (No. 6159699);

✅ The Executive Committee of Leninogorsk Municipal District painted garbage containers (No. 6117682);

✅ MUP of Naberezhnye Chelny “Automobile Roads Enterprise” carried out works on cleaning the territory for the passage of melt water to the storm water drainage system (No. 6169241);

✅ OOO MC “Zhilie” of Nizhnekamsk replaced a switch in an apartment building (No. 6160617).

Residents of the Republic of Tatarstan were most active in submitting notifications in the following categories over the past week:

📍 “Complex territory improvement” - 876;
📍 “Maintenance and repair of municipal roads” - 347;
📍 “House maintenance” - 335;
📍 “Organization of outdoor lighting” - 181;
📍 “Organization of road traffic” - 148.
