Work in SIS “Public Control” over the past week

In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS “Public Control”, the staff of the Office of the Commissioner monitors the notifications received in the system on a daily basis.

Over the past week, 5,646 notifications were published in the system, of which 2,500 were acted upon.

Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS “Public Control” by responsible executors in municipalities:

✅ The Administration of the Avtozavodsky District (Naberezhnye Chelny) carried out work to clear snow from a staircase (No. 6155885);

✅ The administration of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts of the city of Kazan repaired the stairs at the playground (No. 6125750);

✅ The Executive Committee of the Nizhnekamsk District restored lighting in the courtyard of an apartment building (No. 6159317);

✅ The Executive Committee of Verkhneuslonsky Raion cleaned paths in the “Culture and Recreation” park (No. 6146676);

✅ The Executive Committee of the Zelenodolsky District and the forces of the service organization LLC “Residential Complex ‘Comfortable House’ dismantled illegally installed tripods (No. 6122773).

Residents of the Republic of Tatarstan for the past week were most active in submitting notifications in the following categories:

📍“Complex territory improvement” - 901;
📍 “House maintenance” - 347;
📍 “Organization of outdoor lighting” - 213;
📍 “Maintenance and repair of municipal roads” - 186;
📍 “Organization of road traffic” - 160.
