Telephone hotline for the protection of families with children
Today in Kazan during the day worked a telephone hotline on the protection of families with children.
“The hotline has already become traditional, this year we timed the first hotline to the Year of the Family announced in Russia and dedicated it to the protection of families with children, - said the head of the deputy association “Mercy” Alsu Nabieva. - Questions from the population come in a variety of ways, but each specialist of the specialized ministries and departments gives an answer, no appeal is left without attention”.
The questions of Tatarstan residents were answered jointly by representatives of the relevant ministries and departments of the republic, the Notary and Lawyer's Chambers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the branch of the Social Fund of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the hotline, Tatarstan residents received questions related to placement in pre-school and general education institutions, registration of disability insurance pension, rehabilitation, etc.
