Today in Naberezhnye Chelny I take part in the reporting session of the City Council on the results of the past year.
Mayor Nail Magdeev reported during the session of the City Council that the year 2023 for the city of Naberezhnye Chelny was positive in terms of industry and investment. The volume of shipped products in 2023 amounted to 737 billion rubles. Industrial production index - 119.5%.
📍He said that 2 thousand Chelny residents participate in the special military operation. “The special military operation united the residents of our city, once again confirmed that Naberezhnye Chelny is a city of not indifferent and active people with a special energy. I would like to thank each and every one of you for the assistance rendered. It will certainly be continued. Chelny does not abandon its own!” - emphasized the mayor of the city. The leadership of the city regularly meets with soldiers who arrived on short-term leave. Requests and appeals of soldiers are taken into work for fulfillment. A total of 18 such meetings have been held.
📍Nail Magdeev said that more than 270 all-Russian, republican and city competitions were held last year. The most mass events of the year: “Cross Tatarstan”, “Ski Track of Tatarstan”, “Kama Ski Marathon”, “Kama Half Marathon”. Many memorable sporting events took place during the year. The KAMAZ-master team won the second and third places in the Silk Way international rally in the truck category. KAMAZ soccer club confidently continued its performance in the First League of the Russian Football Championship. The Chelny hockey club made its debut in the All-Russian Hockey League in 2023.
📍Separately, the mayor of the city Nail Magdeev reported on the successes in the educational sector. Thus, in 2023 every fourth graduate of the city received from 80 to 100 points (the largest number of such children in schools and gymnasiums № 26, 77, 57, 78, 78, 36, 76, 56, 58, 61, 30). The highest result - 100 points - was obtained by 27 pupils.
Rustam Minnikhanov, Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, presented state awards to the citizens of Chelny. The awarding ceremony took place during the reporting session of the Naberezhnye Chelny City Council in the Masterovye Theater.
