Personal reception of citizens
We try to approach every citizen’s question individually and do everything possible to help them. Our focus is on a wide range of topics that require urgent intervention and response. To increase the possibility of appeal to our Apparatus, we regularly hold receptions of citizens.
During the first reception of citizens in 2024, I received 9 citizens. Disagreement with the actions of bailiffs, refusal to initiate criminal proceedings, disagreement with the removal of orphans from the list for housing, and the payment of alimony - these and many other issues were discussed by us during our interviews with the applicants.
