Departure to the High Mountain Municipal District of Tatarstan
The work on consideration of notifications in GIS RT «People’s control» only on the computer monitor can not be effective, we believe it is important to visit directly municipal entities, to see for yourself how the applications are being resolved and, if necessary, to make recommendations to the staff of the Executive Committee on how to work in the system.
Thus, today, as part of a working visit to the Vysogorsky district, the head of the department of coordination of interaction of GIS users of RT «People’s control» Rustem Nizamiyev held a workshop on the issue of execution of notifications in GIS RT «People’s control» for this district. Together with the head of the District Executive Committee and responsible officials of the municipality, 87 applications of citizens in the system were considered, which mainly concerned the issue of road repair, traffic organization, land improvement, and required a quick review.
As a result of the meeting, the positive work of the Executive Committee of the High Mountain region was noted, it was recommended to strengthen the parts of prompt execution of notification of citizens and timely posting of answers in the system.
