At a time of global instability, the role of young people in the global agenda is significant. Promoting youth issues is therefore an important part of State policy. The All-Russian Coordination Council of Human Rights Commissioners on «Protection of Youth Rights» is held in Moscow today.
Youth is the social group to which the State should always be oriented, since it is on its development that the social and intellectual potential of the country depends, That is why the protection of the rights of young people is an important national and societal task.
In my statement, I put forward a number of proposals, in particular the right of needy students to a part-time education to provide a hostel, Updating the methodical recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation regarding additional charges for electrical appliances in hostels and much more.
We will develop a number of proposals for the benefit of our youth!
