Visits to places of detention by the territorial bodies of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Tatarstan continue

Visits to places of detention by the territorial bodies of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Tatarstan are continuing.

On 11 and 12 October, the staff of the Apparatus, together with a representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan, visited four districts: Cheremshan, Nurlatsky, Akusubaevsky and Chistopolsky, where they checked the conditions of detention in temporary detention facilities, Special detention facilities for administrative detainees and special detention facilities.

The following premises were inspected together with the staff: cells, common areas, exercise yards.

There were no complaints to the detainees about the conditions of detention.
