Visits to places of detention continued.

Today the staff of the Apparatus visited the temporary detention facility, special premises for the detention of persons detained for administrative offences, and the special detention centre of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Nizhnekamsk district to check the conditions of detention of persons in the facility.

Cells, public areas, a medical room and exercise yards were inspected for compliance with the legislation.

There were no complaints to the detainees about the conditions of detention.
