Reception of citizens on housing and communal issues organized by the non-profit partnership "Regional Center of Public Control in the sphere of housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan"
The decade of the elderly continues.
Often, elderly citizens turn to us with questions in the sphere of housing and communal services, ranging from the solution of household issues, in the form of replacement of metering devices, ending with unjustified charges for communal services.
In order to ensure that this category of citizens can receive qualified free legal assistance, an employee of the Office of the Commissioner took part in the reception of citizens on housing and communal issues organized by a non-profit partnership «Regional Center of Public Control in the sphere of housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan».
During the reception, citizens raised questions about the quality of housing and communal services provided, violations of requirements for the maintenance of common property in an apartment building, organization of the general meeting of the owners of premises in the apartment building and the work of management companies.
On the basis of the reception, the applicants were given consultations and explanations, and individual appeals were accepted by the competent authorities.
