Meeting of the Distributed Situation Center of the Republic of Tatarstan
On the need to create a single republican portal - a visualizer, which collects information of republican, sectoral and municipal subdivisions and centers talked today in the framework of the meeting of the working group on the establishment and functioning of the Distributed Situation Center of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Since 2013 I am the main moderator of the most popular public feedback system in Tatarstan - GIS RT «People’s control». She told about the work of the Apparatus in «People’s Control», as well as about the activity of the feedback platform «State Services. We decide together».
A few digits:
📍For 8 months of 2023, the system was visited by more than 84 thousand unique users;
📍The number of notifications reached 3 million, and the number of support - 1 million.685 thousand.
📍In total, about 600 thousand appeals of citizens were published.
📍 For 8 months of the current year, more than 700 inspections were carried out at the facilities.
📍 Through the feedback platform "Public Services.We solve together" received 38,328 messages, of which 14,311 were published in the GIS of the Republic of Tatarstan "People’s Control", 11,509 measures were taken
