II Kazan World Youth Summit

The wealth of a nation lies not so much in its economic and natural resources as in its future generations, its children and its youth, who will shape the future of the country. Young people need to be taught how to use their talents and talents constructively, without harnessing this enormous pool of energy, a country and society cannot think about economic, political, social and intellectual development.

«Young people everywhere we go» - who doesn’t know this phrase? That is why we place so much emphasis on working with young people and supporting young people as they enter adulthood.

Today I took part in the session devoted to the life and dignity of young people, held within the framework of the II Kazan Global Youth Summit.

In detail she told about the main directions of work with young people in the activities of the Human Rights Commissioner in the Republic of Tatarstan: legal education, provision of free legal assistance, implementation of joint projects, Consideration of appeals from young people on issues of concern to them.

She told international guests about our meetings with young people, about lectures for young people within the framework of the All-Russian action «Single lesson of human rights», about the Summer School of Human Rights for university students, about telephone hotlines on various topics, on work with conscripts and patriotic education of youth, etc.
