Meeting of the Public Council of the Republic of Tatarstan under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan
The right to health is among the most important social rights of citizens of the Russian Federation. It is extremely important to pay special attention to the primary level of the health care system, to work out in detail the existing problems and to find effective ways to solve them.
Today, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the Public Council of the Republic of Tatarstan under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan to discuss the implementation of public goals and objectives for the first half of 2023, in which an employee of the Office of the Ombudsman in the Republic of Tatarstan participated.
During the meeting, 5 main goals and objectives of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan were announced, including:
Increased detection of malignant neoplasms in the early stages from 62.5 per cent to 63.2 per cent;
- involvement of at least 200 medical workers in the state health system of the Republic of Tatarstan for timely provision of medical assistance.
In order to make primary health care more accessible to the rural population, at least 45 midwifery and midwifery posts are being built in the villages.
- maintaining the ratio of average salaries of doctors and nurses to average wages in the Republic of Tatarstan - not less than 200% and 100% respectively.
- Increase the coverage of outpatient care for patients with circulatory system diseases from 60% to 70%.
Representatives of the Public Council of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, a group of experts, representatives of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of departments and departments of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan and representatives of mass media.
The active discussion was held on the topics of oncological diseases, personnel issue and medical examination. As a result of the presentations, the goals and objectives have been achieved
