Meeting in the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan
The Human Rights Commissioner of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the relevant ministries, departments and supervisory bodies, is working systematically to respect the rights of participants in the special military operation and their family members. We are very attentive to all questions concerning this category of citizens.
Today, the Head of the Department for the Restoration of Citizens' Rights of the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner in the Republic of Tatarstan attended a meeting with participants of the State system of free legal assistance, authorized by the bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, representatives of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation and the Federal Chamber of Notaries held at the site of the Office of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan.
The issues of providing free legal assistance to participants of the special military operation and their family members together with the State Fund for the support of participants of the special military operation «Defenders of the Fatherland» were discussed at the meeting and its regional offices in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as issues arising in dealing with appeals that require systematic work.
