Appeal decided positively
The Commissioner received an appeal from a citizen of Sh., living in the village. Britvino of the Zelenodolsky district, with a complaint about the actions of the regional operator for the export of PKK UK «PVKH». Citizen S. complained that the invoice was issued for virtually unproven services - in one of the time segments of the garbage was not taken out.
We sent a letter to the State Committee on Tariffs in order to verify the complainant’s arguments and restore the violated rights of the residents of Britvino village. According to the results of the inspection by the State Committee in relation to the regional operator the signs of violation of Article 2.2 were revealed. 16 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation related to the violation of the established procedure of pricing, in connection with which this information was sent to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The issue of charging fees for TCTs and their export continues to be relevant throughout the country. This problem will be considered at the public meeting of the Project Office for the implementation of the project «Regional Control Centre» in the Republic of Tatarstan, which is planned to be held on July 6, 2023.
