Solemn farewell of conscripts going to the Eastern Military District

Today, July 2, solemn farewells of conscripts going to service in the Eastern Military District as part of the military echelon, which decreases from Kazan tomorrow, were held at the National Guard of the Republic of Tatarstan.


On the instructions of the Ombudsman, the head of the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner in the Republic of Tatarstan, Raliya Kashapov, and the public assistant, Rafis Gazisov, addressed the Commissioner with a welcome and farewell speech.


Service in the army is an important and important stage. You have a long way and a path of service in one year. Of course, it will not be easy, but it will certainly give an invaluable experience, strong friendship and combat comrades. I am sure that you will return even more mature, confident in yourself, become worthy defenders of the Fatherland. Let the love of your home, the support of your loved ones will help you to fulfill your constitutional duty with dignity», - said in the greeting. 


The Human Rights Commissioner of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Military Commissariat of the Republic of Tatarstan, is carrying out systematic work to respect the rights of conscripts, including escorting military teams with young recruits to places of service and visiting military units to study the living conditions of servicemen from Tatarstan.
Public Aide Rafis Gazizov will go to the echelon tomorrow with the conscripts and meet each of them personally. In case of any questions the children will have the opportunity to address him. R.Gazisov will visit military units located in Ulan-Ude and Chita.
