The new regulation proposes a uniform form of application for compensation, approves the list of documents necessary for obtaining the benefit, and also establishes the period of decision on the support measure - no more than 10 working days.
Citizens will be able to apply for social support measures in one of the following ways:
in electronic form using the federal state information system «Unified portal of state and municipal services»;
Through a multifunctional State and municipal service centre;
[personally to the body providing the service, at the place of residence (stay) of the applicant.
The information specified in the application is verified by the authorized body through inter-agency cooperation, a number of documents will be provided by the applicants themselves.
Regional and municipal governments retain the right, when designating similar measures from regional and municipal budgets, to establish additional requirements for the provision of such assistance.
