Visiting session of the Presidium of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today in the Pestrechyn district held a visiting meeting of the Presidium of the State Council, where deputies, representatives of the relevant ministries and departments, public and youth organizations of the republic discussed issues of patriotic education of young citizens of the republic.
Issues of patriotic education today take on particular urgency, the current situation demands it, - said Chairman of the State Council Farid Mukhametshin, opening the session, - preservation of international peace and harmony, Inculcating these good traditions in young people and passing them on to the next generation is important in the work of all authorities. Pressure on young people from unfriendly countries is great, especially since we must help the younger generation to build a value attitude to our multinational Motherland, to form an active civic position and identity». These guidelines, according to the Head of Parliament, are enshrined in the Basic Law of the country, are disclosed in federal legislation, are reflected in republican laws and state programs.
