Meeting of the working staff for the removal of TCTs
The employee of the Office of the Commissioner took part in the regular meeting of the working staff of the State Committee on Tariffs, where they again discussed problems with garbage collection in the territory of the Republic.
Despite the decrease in the number of complaints by users of «People’s Control» about untimely garbage removal (in May there were 266 notifications, while in April 352), the situation in this area remains acute, which continues to cause discontent among residents of the republic. We reported this at the next meeting of the working Staff of the State Committee on Tariffs.
Since April 19 (since the last meeting of the Staff) the largest number of complaints has been received in Kazan - 185 notifications, Pestrechyn district - 44, Almetyevsky - 32, Laishevsky - 26 and Bugulminsky - 25.
There is no joint work between regional operators and municipal authorities. There are examples of solution of system problems in a number of municipalities, go there, see how the work is organized», - said the representative of the Commissioner Rustem Nizamiyev regional operators to more coordinated and clear work.
Supporting our arguments, Andrei Rosenthal, Deputy Directorate of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for RT, also reported that a number of administrative cases related to the violation of the provision of services for the treatment of TK were initiated against the regional operator «PLC» this year. He said that all measures would be taken by the Office to prevent the regional operator from abusing its dominant position.
We also raised again the problem of rare garbage collection in rural settlements. On our instructions, this problem will be reconsidered at the next staff meeting in order to resolve it. In particular, the situation in areas where garbage is removed only twice a month will be reviewed.
