Head of GIS department «People’s control» Rustem Nizamiyev held educational seminar
Employees of the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner in the Republic of Tatarstan continue to conduct a cycle of classes at the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of the CFU on training of responsible officials of ministries, departments and municipalities on work in GIS RT «People’s control».
Head of the GIS department «People’s Control» Rustem Nizamiyev held an educational seminar aimed at studying the experience of the functioning of our system, requirements and procedures for considering notifications of citizens, identifying the most relevant appeals of citizens, require immediate decision, entering the GIS RT «People’s control», including through the feedback portal.
They noted the importance of a personal approach to each appeal received from citizens and high-quality execution of requests by responsible executives, thanks to the work of which even in the remotest places of our vast republic every year new roads appear, landscaped parks, squares and streets.
The GIS «People’s Control» continues to be an effective channel of communication with the population, allowing to identify their existing problems and solve them as soon as possible. So since 2012, almost 90 per cent of citizens who have been notified have been decided.
