As of 1 April 2023, amendments to the Rules on Housing and Utilities Subsidies came into force
On April 1, 2023, amendments to the Rules for the provision of subsidies for housing and communal services entered into force (Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 24, 2023 444).
The total income of a family or a resident living alone will now be determined six months before the month before the application for the subsidy. That is, when filing documents in April 2023 will watch data from September 2022 to February 2023.
Provide statements of income from employers and income
Social benefits are no longer mandatory (except for students and law enforcement officials).
Recall that this measure of social support is provided if the costs of housing and communal services, calculated on the basis of the standard living space and regional standard of housing costUtilities account for more than 21% of the total family income.
