A vivid example of responding to citizens' appeals to the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan is holding workshops to clarify all the circumstances that gave rise to the current situation.

So, today the Commissioner with the participation of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare in the Republic of Tatarstan,  Management Company  "Uyutny Dom" LLC and  HCS "Invest Plus" LLC held a working meeting on the appeal of a citizen A. about unsatisfactory living conditions due to low air temperature in the living quarters.
Based on the results of the meeting, a decision was made to conduct an on-site inspection of the heating and ventilation system in the residential premises of the author of the appeal, as well as work on the insulation of the facade of the apartment building in which the applicant lives, in cooperation with HCS "Invest Plus" LLC summer period.
