Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the ceremony of awarding the winners of the IV Republican contest information and social video "Child in the world of rights"" - "Бала хокук даирәсендә ".

The national contest of information and social videos "Child in the world of rights" - "Бала хокук даирәсендә" (hereinafter-the Contest) was first organized in 2014 on the initiative of the Commissioner for the rights of the child in the Republic of Tatarstan. The competition was founded by the Commissioner for children's rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of youth and sports of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Republican Agency for press and mass communications "Tatmedia". The national Commission for juvenile affairs and protection of their rights and the Public organization "Council of children's organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan"are also co-organizers of the Competition.

In 2015, the founders decided to establish the competition as an annual Event. This year the second Competition is held from September 10 to November 20.

This year's Competition is dedicated to the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the formation of commissions for minors and the protection of their rights.

The aim of the Competition is to attract the attention of the General children's and adult public, state and municipal bodies and organizations to the issue of the best ensuring of the rights and interests of children in the Republic, to popularize the rights of the child, information and legal education of children and youth, to stimulate their social and legal activity, to improve legal literacy and legal culture, to form positive spiritual and moral values, as well as to develop the creative abilities of the younger generation.

Participants of the Competition are children and young people aged 6 to 30 years, both individually and as part of groups or creative teams.

The competition is held in three stages.

Stage I-application (from September 10 to October 31 (inclusive) 2017).

II stage-qualifying (from November 1 to November 10 (inclusive) 2017).

At the second stage, the jury reviews and selects the videos submitted to the Competition for compliance with the requirements of the Competition regulations.

III stage – final (from November 11 to November 17 (inclusive) 2017).

In the third stage, the jury assesses the work according to the criteria:

- compliance with the main goals and objectives of the Competition;

- creativity(novelty of idea, originality);

- effectiveness in terms of impact on target groups;

- the brevity and intensity information of the plot;

- the unity of the creative idea and form of expression;

- realism and educational offer development, logic and sequence of presentation;

- completeness of the theme;

- conformity of the content of the video and review the quality of the implementation of the video.

The jury is formed and approved by the organizing Committee annually until November 1 of the current year.

13 November 2017 under the chairmanship of the Commissioner for children's rights in the Republic of Tatarstan G. L. Udachin, was held a meeting of the jury of the IV Republican contest information and social video "Child in the world of rights"- "Бала хокук даирәсендә", which identified the winners and winners of special prizes of the jury members.

The popularity of the Competition among children and young people involves an increasing number of authors in the orbit of its participants.
