The main functions:
• record keeping, acceptance and registration of incoming correspondence that including in the program "Electronic Government of the Republic of Tatarstan", after considerate information by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan transfer to departments or specific performers for use in the course of their work;
• exercising control over the deadlines for fulfilling the orders of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, taken under control;
• acceptance of documents for signature by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan;
• organizing the reception of visitors, facilitating the prompt consideration of requests and suggestions from employees;
• formation of cases in accordance with the approved nomenclature, ensuring their safety and delivery in due time to the archive;
• organization of telephone conversations of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan;
• reception and transmission of telephone messages, faxes, recording received messages and bringing them to the attention of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan;
• fulfillment of one-time assignments of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan.
