Our social assistants are specialists with active citizenship! Today we met with my assistant Gulia Balafendiyeva - head of the UNP "Center of legal assistance to migrants and other socially unprotected segments of the population Republic of Tatarstan "Legal clinic".  

We try to approach every citizen’s question individually and do everything possible to help them. Our focus is on a wide range of topics that require urgent intervention and response. To increase the possibility of appeal to our Apparatus, we regularly hold receptions of citizens.  

Today there was a meeting of the final board of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan «Labor, Employment and Social Protection: results of 2023 and tasks for 2024».

In 2023, the Commissioner, staff of the Apparatus and public aides continued to monitor respect for the rights of suspects and accused persons.

Working with citizens' appeals is an essential part of our work. In 2023, residents of the republic and regions of Russia addressed us 5,750 times, of which 1621 - through the system of providing emergency services call through a single number «112».

It is time to take stock of the preliminary results of the year, and today we want to share with you the results of legislative and law enforcement activities in the field of protection of citizens' rights.
